Covid Recovery Juice
Ingredients
- 2 chopped carrots
- 1 chopped beetroot
- 2 amla without seed
- 1-inch ginger
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- water as required
Method
Blend all ingredients strain juice n drink it.
