Sleep for 8 hours

If you care for your Eyes

Massage your feet with oil before going to bed

If you care for your Stomach

Avoid cold food

If you care for your Liver

Avoid excessive fatty food

If you care for your Kidney

Replace junk food with vegetables

Drink a lot of water during the day

Drink less water during the night

Empty your bladder before going to bed

If you care for your Urinary Tract

Use raw onion regularly

If you care for your Menstruation

Use green peas regularly

The stomach is scared when you do not have breakfast in the morning.

The kidney is afraid when you do not even drink 10 glasses of water in 24 hours.

The gallbladder is scared when you do not even sleep until 11 O’clock and do not wake up to the sunrise.

The small intestines are scared when you eat cold and stale food.

Large intestines are scared when you eat more fried and spicy food.

The lungs are scared when you breathe in smoke, dirt, and the polluted environment of cigarettes.

The liver is scared when you eat heavy fried food, junk, and fast food.

The heart is afraid when you eat your meal with more salt and cholesterol.

The pancreas is scared when you eat more sweets because of the taste and freely available.

Eyes are scared when you work in the light of mobile and computer screen in the dark.

The brain is scared when you start thinking negative thoughts.

Take care of the parts of your body and do not scare them.

All these parts are not available in the market. Those available are very expensive and probably cannot be adjusted in your body. So keep your body parts healthy. Make regular Meditation or any kind of activity or exercise so that you can stay healthy.
