To gain good health, it is suggested that a total of at least 20 minutes per day, of moderate exercise, to burn around 200 calories (837 joules) a day, is required. Regular exercises are preferable to occasional intense sessions.
Aerobic exercise means physical activity that encourages the utilization of oxygen to provide energy for exercising muscles. The efficiency of pumping action of the heart improves and blood vessels open up to accommodate an increased amount of blood being pumped by the heart. Obesity is found in persons who lead sedentary lives and pay less important to exercise. School children who spend too much time on studies and who do not exercise or who do not participate in school games or use vehicles for commuting to schools. Proper exercise for proper goal is necessary.
