Take the oil on your palm and massage the oil gently on the scalp and through the strands of your hair for almost 15 minutes. Once you are done, you can use a hot towel and wrap it around your hair. Keep the towel for almost 20-30 minutes. Wash your hair using mild shampoo.

This process can be practiced twice or thrice a week. The heat from the hot towel and oil shall penetrate through the roots of your hair. This will add nourishment to the hair and make it healthy.

Flaxseed hair gel

This is yet another common process of using Flaxseeds for hair. For this, you will require – half a cup of Flaxseeds, 2 cups of clean water, and 1-2 tbsp lemon juice. The processing time should not take more than 10 minutes.

Bring the water and the Flaxseeds to boil in a pot until it thickens. Add the lemon juice and mix it well. Turn the heat off and allow it to cool until it makes a gel-like consistency. This flaxseed hair gel doesn’t have any artificial elements and hence can be used every day. Once cool, you can store this gel in a container for future purposes too. This flaxseed hair gel can be your hair styling product every morning.

Flaxseed hair mask

In a bowl, add 2 eggs, olive oil, and Flaxseed powder and beat it properly until it turns into a fine smooth paste. Apply the mask thoroughly from the roots to the tips of the hair. Massage hair properly for 10-15 minutes. Keep the Flaxseed hair mask for 2-3 hours. Using a gentle, sulfur-free shampoo, wash off your hair properly.
