Dark Circles Under Eyes Natural Treatment

Dark circles under your eyes many people feel that dark circles under their eyes make them look tired, older, or unhealthy. Although not all of these treatments are permanent, with maintenance and consistency they will help reduce the appearance of dark circles.

vitamin-E capsule – 2 drop

Boric acid – 1 pinch

Mix all well and massage gently around the eyes. Put a slice of cucumber on your eyes for 5-7 min, then wash your face.

Green Tea

One of the most effective way to get rid of the “dark circle” is to use cold green tea bags.

Benefits of green tea:

The anti-oxidants in green tea makes it a good natural treatment for treating dark circles and reducing puffiness.

Tannins present in green tea stimulate blood flow.

Green Tea contains caffeine, which shrinks the blood vessels just under the skin and thus reduces fluid retention in the tissues around the eyes.

Method

Soak 2 tea bags in clean water and keep them in the fridge for half an hour. Place it on your eyes for 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Use twice a day for the best result.

  • Try creating a sleep schedule, or a regular bedtime and wake-time.
  • Avoid alcoholic beverages around bedtime.
  • Finish all meals and snacks two hours before bedtime.
  • Turn off televisions, cell phones, and other electronic devices one hour before bedtime.
  • Eat more collagen-rich foods, intake of vitamin C can help your body absorb more hyaluronic acid.
  • Eat more iron-rich foods.
  • Cut back on salty foods.
  • Quit smoking.
  • Drinking alcohol contributes to dehydration, and dehydration may lead to bags and dark circles under your eyes.
